In order to thoroughly implement the governmental requirements of total discharge of major air pollutants in the cement factory,the company is taking active response to these calls,and,with substantial support and guidance from the Department of Environmental Protection of Guangdong Province and the Bureau of Environmental Protection of Meizhou City,the company is installing a SNCR denitration transformation to its Portland cement production line.The writer of this essay is a technical engineer of the Bureau of Environmental Protection of Meizhou City,and her main responsiblity is to evaluate the emission status of NOx in this cement production line,and to determine the optimal parameter for the SNCR denitration transformation through pre-installation monitoring and calculation,and then to design and adjust the entire SNCR denitratio n transformation to ensure it meets all the demands and passes the inspection by a third party inspection authority so that it can contributes to the raise of entrepreneur benefit,economical benefit and social benefits.The study of this subject is derive d from the writer's involvement in the project and the study covers the following aspects:?1?Introduction of this study.The research status of SNCR denitration transformation,both domestic and overseas,will be analyzed in this essay,followed by the arrangement of essay structure.?2?Theoretical analysis.The analysis of this subject is based on the theories of cement productions,NOx mechanisms and SNCR technologies.?3?Implementation of SNCR kiln flue gas denitration project in the 5000t/d Portland cement production line.According to emission status-based on pre-installation monitoring data-and all other parameters and design requirements,the estimated use of ammonia is 700-1000kg/h,and compressed air 300m3/h.The SNCR denitration project is designed according to these data and its construction on the calciner,with all parameters for the SNCR set in optimum status through tests and adjustments on the system.The analysis of tests and adjustment results indicates that the optimal parameter for the SNCR system in this company is as follows:ammonia injection 1000L/H,ammonia/NOx mole ratio 1.45,ammonia density 20.6%;in total of 4 spraying guns,one on each side of the C5 section of both furnaces;atomize pressure is above 0.4MPa.?4?Acceptance of the SNCR kiln flue gas denitration.The inspection of the denitration installation in the 5000t/d Portland cement production is completed and the result indicates that the denitration rate of NOx is 71.7%and 71.4%on a two-day basis,meeting the demand of denitration rate above 60%.The NOx emission density,NH3in-organizational and organizational emission density up to the inspection standards.The operation status in recent years shows that the SNCR system is working properly and its denitrition efficiency and NOx density are up to the nation's environmental requirements.The denitrition efficiency and cost data comparison shows that,among other 5 cement manufacturing companies in the same region,the overall denitrition rate in this company is the best,with financial advantages in operation cost.The SNCR denitrition project receives a substantial appraise.The experiment and analysis of this project indicates that the SNCR project in the cement production of this company is well-received and the chosen parameters are optimal.
