NO_X, As a kind of atmospheric gaseous pollutants,which come from cement industry has a great share of NO_X Pollution,In this paper, NO_X from cement industry generation mechanism and the denitration technology(SNCR and SCR) is studied. Through technical stability,denitration efficiency,Process complexity, cost of investment, operating cost and emission standard etc factor is compared, it is find SNCR denitration technology is more suitable in cement industry. And compare two different reductants: ammonium hydroxide and urea solution, it is observe ammonium hydroxide is universal used denitration in cement industry. The CFD technology is used in the study to imitate the flow and temperature distribution in the decomposing furnace, and identificate the Spring Nozzle Location. The mainly factor which influence the denitration efficiency also is studied like, Spring Nozzle Location, NSR,retention time and oxygen content etc, and analyze the incidence of these factors.Two Typical Case are stuied in the paper, one use ammonium hydroxide as reductant and another use urea solution as reductant, through compare different technical and economic factors to show the advantages and disadvantages of the two main denitration technology, then the indicators which effect the denitration efficiency is analyzed and optimized. Consideration of the safety of plant and operator from the site, water spray device to control ammonia escape shall be designed and considered for the De-NOx System.
