Based on the investigation and analysis of existing coal mine machinery and equipment,this paper concludes that the homogeneity of coal mine machinery and equipment in my country is more serious.At the same time,coal mine equipment has been in the mine for a long time and the environment is relatively special,and environmental factors have a serious impact on the operation of the equipment.According to the current status of the coal mine industry,a systematic and reasonable industrial design around the specific needs of a special environment is the correct design approach to improve the coal mine machinery and equipment and the emulsion automatic proportioning box.Investigate and analyze the special requirements and related issues of coal mine machinery through mining environmental engineering,expound the factors that produce the special environment in the underground,analyze the specific environment of the emulsion automatic proportioning box,and use the fault tree analysis method to make in-depth induction.Clarified the influence of the special environment on the automatic emulsion proportioning box,and pointed out the design requirements of the equipment.It mainly revolves around fault tree design analysis method and action design analysis method.Make it used in the design of the automatic emulsion proportioning box,and substitute the corporate culture elements,formal aesthetics and environmental protection design concepts for design practice.It is concluded that the equipment design under special circumstances should compare the environment and the main elements.The relevant elements are merged,and the exclusive elements are increased and adjusted and then rationally designed.In the research,it is found that the design principles of the environment and the main body: 1.The main body should adapt to the environment;2.The environment and main body design should adapt to functional requirements.On this basis,it is also necessary to pay attention to the man-machine operation behavior of coal mine machinery and equipment,introduce the action analysis method,and analyze the comfort,efficiency and ease of use in each operation process,and summarize the size range of each action,And guide the design practice,so as to improve the rationality and pleasantness of the equipment,make the equipment unique and beautiful,and promote the sustainable and safe operation of coal mine equipment.Finally,it effectively reduces the impact of the special environment on the automatic emulsion proportioning box,so that the shape,structure and function of the equipment are comfortable,efficient and safe to use,and the competitive advantage of the equipment itself is improved.
