Emulsion plays an important role in coal production, It has been extensively used in mine as the working medium of the fluid drive for coal mine equipments especially for hydraulic bracket and hydraulic shoring on excavating coal working face, and emulsion is called the blood of coal mine shoring equipments. In resent years, along with the abrupt achievement in coal industry, more and more attention has been concentrated on the emulsion compounding and it's application.Along with the flying development of science technology and the demand of high yield and high efficiency to the integrated mechanization excavating coal working face, the requirement to the automatization degree of emulsion compounding and it's compounding quality is more and more high.
