Surface restriction in micro/nano regions not only control location of low dimensional materials, but also influence low dimensional structure morphology and crystalline effection through fused crystallization. In this work, we research fused Crystallization and Physical Properties of ZnO by kinds of restriction methods in different size and crystal structure, improving surface restriction fusion growth of ZnO system knowledge, and studying corresponding structure luminescence and electrical properties of ZnO, laying the foundation for position controlling on low dimensional structure device.First of all, we modify a layer of ZnO seed crystal layer in Si substrate in advance by magnetron sputtering method, probes into the different sputtering conditions, including the change of substrate temperature, annealing temperature, sputtering power and argon oxygen gas ratio in the preparation of seed crystal layer crystalline quality relationship. Crystallization quality through single crystal ZnO substrate, changeing micro-region aperture to sub-micro size, researching the growth of ZnO structures formed in the process of growth through hydrothermal method. By sol-gel method in crystal Si substrate preparation quality of ZnO seed crystal layer, changing time growth of the hydrothermal process, the growth of ZnO rods show different micro-nano structure in the seed crystal layer.Through He-Cd laser photoluminescence of micro-region test system, testing and researching different reaction time, different diameter size and seed crystal layer preparation of ZnO microrods array which grows photoluminescence spectrum. Through the hydrothermal method using different fusion structure of ZnO preparation of ZnO/p-Si heterojunction structure, and testing and research the relationship between the electrical properties of ZnO rods under different reaction time. Prepared by electrochemical deposition method of special ZnO/Cu2O heterostructure, and discusses the basic electrical characteristics.By uniform glue method to get the single layer colloidal micro-region arrays, and contacted with the hydrothermal method developing largely and orderly ZnO arrays, researching fused crystallization and physical properties of ZnO the nanoscale micro-region under polycrystalline characteristics of substrate.Research shows that hydrothermal growth process, restriction in micro-region size and seed crystal layer crystalline quality effection on the fusion crystallization of ZnO. The longer reaction time, the larger size of photoresist, the greater the quality of thin film crystallization, the better surface restriction in micro/nano regions of ZnO microrods will have good crystal quality.
