In recent years, increasingly aggravating energy crisis, rising international oil prices, looking for an alternative to petroleum products without delay, the traditional oil shale resources of the country has once again aroused great attention of researchers. Our country is rich in oil shale reserves, widely distributed, and there is a good basis for mining refined, very much in line with China’s energy development path.Development and utilization of oil shale resources of the earlier time, the early days of oil shale development and utilization of a higher degree of shale oil production accounts for the proportion of oil production once more than50%.1960s to the1990s, oil shale exploitation almost at a standstill. After2000, the development and utilization of oil shale into the slow recovery phase. But in oil shale refining, domestic is still widely used technique in the1930s, the oil rate is the rate of the laboratory for65%of oil revenues, and for causing serious environmental damage。Inside the reactor for oil shale production environment is extremely complex, the traditional methods such as crossing temperature can not effectively reflect the real situation inside the reactor oil shale, and therefore can not bring a better social and economic benefits. So this article to start from the actual production environment, in the process point of view to analyze the mechanism of oil shale reactor infrared thermal imaging, crossing temperature information, and the actual material surface temperature field numerical relationship between, on the basis of application of dynamic multi-thresholding least squares curve fitting method using cross-distribution division thermocouple infrared thermal image area, and then three times in each region using the Lagrange interpolation method for temperature calibration are two methods for temperature field restore. Finally use of multi-source information fusion to generate an accurate final temperature field matrix. By using MATLAB simulation shows that the method has good generalization ability and high accuracy to quickly and efficiently implement oil shale material surface temperature field inside the reactor automation and visual inspection. In order to better guide the production of oil shale extraction provides a new approach.
