China is a country with a large population, shortage of resources, ecological environment is not optimistic, the economic development level have significantly big gap between China and developed countries, it is more imminent problem to restorae the harmonious relationship between human and nature. In the eighteen Report: Promoting ecological progress is a long-term task of vital importance to the people’s wellbeing and China’s future. Faced with increasing resource constraints, severe environmental pollution and a deteriorating ecosystem, We must give high priority to making ecological progress and incorporate it into all aspects and the whole process of advancing economic, political, cultural, and social progress, work hard to build a beautiful country, and achieve lasting and sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Therefore, to build an ecological civilization and achieve sustainable development of the Chinese nation, we need to establish the concept of ecological civilization into each of the social development, processing and coordinate the relationship between population, resources, environment and economic society system. Guizhou province is located in the southwest of China, it has rich natural resource and it is a Karst geomorphology mainly inland mountainous province.For a long time, because of the impact of natural factors and human factors, there are not only obvious contradiction of Guizhou province between human and the land, but also the economic development and the environmental protection. So, make sure the coordinated development of population, resources, environment, economy and society of Guizhou province, so as to promote the Guizhou’s population, resources, environment, economy and society to be more coordinated development, and lay a good foundation for the construction of ecological civilization, and realize the sustainable development in Guizhou.Firstly, this paper based on the theory of coordination development, sustainable development, Scientific Outlook on Development, and discussed the related Literature at home and abroad, analysis the development situation of population, resources, environment, society and economy of Guizhou province. The next step, on the basis of the status characteristics of social coordinated development of population, resources environment and economy of Guizhou province, establish coordinated development evaluation index system of population, resources, environment, economy and society of Guizhou province, analysis the Guizhou Province’s coordinated development of population, resources, environment, economy and society by the principal component analysis method and multi system coordination development calculation model. Finally, according to the evaluation results, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote coordinated development of population, resources, environment, economy and society of Guizhou province.
