The Study Of The Yangtze River Economic Zone,Regional Resources And Environment Carrying And Coordinated Development Of The Zone

The Yangtze River economic belt,which is the new strategic layout of China’s "new normal" economy,has opened up the horizontal direction of development from east to west and will become the core of China’s economic growth in the coming decades.Abandoned the past high consumption,high pollution of the "big development" development model,the Yangtze River economic belt to green development,innovation and development as the principle,efforts to create a green,healthy and sustainable "new economy".Because of this,it is particularly important to study the relationship between regional resources and environmental carrying capacity and economic growth in the Yangtze River Economic belt.The carrying capacity of regional resources and the environment is to measure the pressure of resources and environment in a certain period of time,and it is a scientific evaluation of the utilization of resources and environment in the region.To coordinate the relationship between regional development from the green health on environmental resources and economic activities,the two complement each other,to support the long-term in a region orderly growth,research on the coordination of the relationship between the two to help people make better decisions and planning.According to the research results of scholars from various perspectives,combining with the basis of the carrying capacity of resources and environment and sustainable development,coupling system theory and other aspects of research,this study selected 11 provinces in the Yangtze River economic belt as the research object,using the TOPSIS entropy model based on coupling degree model and the establishment of economy and environment and the coupling coordination degree model of the Yangtze River 2006-2015 years with economic resources and environment carrying and coordinated development of economic growth makes an empirical study.This paper is divided into 5 chapters.The first chapter is introduction;the second chapter is about the specific concept of the theory of carrying capacity,coordinated development and coupling;the third chapter is the empirical analysis of the carrying capacity of resources and environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt;the fourth chapter makes an empirical analysis on the coordinated development of environment and economy of the provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt;the fifth chapter is the conclusions and policy recommendations.The empirical results show that the load space showed the weaker capacity better central bearing capacity of the regional resources and environment ten-year time characterized gradually to improve bearing capacity;coordinated development in the Eastern is strong coordination degree in space,but are resource environment lag,the coordination degree of the Midwest and slightly worse.As economic growth lag.In the time,it shows that the resource environment and economy develop in a more harmonious way.In view of this situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of the evaluation mechanism,the communication mechanism and the development of green development goals.
