Abstract:Blast furnace puddling is one of the most important link of the steel manufacture, which determines the quality of the steel. In the progress of the blast furnace production. Keeping the stability of pressure of the blast furnace’s roof can directly influence the stability of the circumstance in the blast furnace, the quality and the production of the iron liquid, the safety of the blast furnace manufacture. Along with the high requirement to the stability of the pressure of the blast furnace’s roof, the research of methods in controlling pressure of blast furnace’s roof becomes gradually complete.This paper researches the control method of the pressure of the blast furnace’s roof and its application through the concrete target(the7#blast furnace of a Steel Company). It aims at solving the problem that the current method is lacking of the description of the model for the system process and the control method based on the design of the model. The main work includes several parts below:Firstly, this paper analyzes the craft of the control process of the pressure of the blast furnace’s roof. Then, according to the character of the actual industrial process, paper analyzes the main factor affecting the pressure of the blast furnace’s roof and the main problem which we confront in the industrial scene. It also put forward the solution by analyzing the factor mentioned above and introduce the construction of the whole hardware system and the design of the control project of the systemSecondly, this paper analyzes the character of the control system of the pressure of blast furnace’roof, and puts forward the reasonable assumption and simplification of the process of the system. By the means of analyzing the mechanic model and complete analysis of the process of roof pressure control, paper establishes and analyzes the mechanic model of the control system of the pressure of the blast furnace’s roof. According to the abundant data copied from the industrial scene, paper does the parameter identification of the mechanic model by the method of model identification and obtains the parameter of the model. Based which has mentioned above, paper proves the availability of the model by verifying another part of the actual data from the industrial scene, which sets up a foundation for the design of the control system project of the pressure of blast furnace’s roof.At last, paper designs the feed forward control method and the Fuzzy PID controller of the pressure of the blast furnace’s roof, according to the mechanic model of the pressure of the blast furnace’s roof. Through the simulation of the instant frames effect, the data analysis of the simulation and the comparison between the simulation and the actual industrial control effect, paper proves the availability and superiority of this control project. It supplies important reference value for the development of the technology of controlling the pressure of the blast furnace’s roof.
