Blast furnace iron making is an important part of steel production,and blast furnace is one of the most important facilities in the process of iron smelting in blast furnace,and the high pressure is one of the important parameters in blast furnace production.By analyzing the specific process of blast furnace gas entering the blast furnace,the main factors affecting the furnace pressure are obtained.On this basis,using mathematical modeling knowledge,by means of mechanism analysis,combined with the gas pressure regulating valve flow equation,variation principle,establish mathematical model describing the relationship between static vane and blast furnace,and according to a large number of industrial data based on parameter identification.Finally,the PID algorithm is improved,the fuzzy PID algorithm is studied,and the corresponding controller is designed to control the furnace pressure.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.the blast furnace iron-making device and TRT device process,working principle and operation of the premise of regulation,the research status of blast furnace pressure.2.Using the idea of mathematical modeling,control of blast furnace steelmaking equipment was simplified,Analysis of aerodynamic equations,the perturbation introduced control system.3.In the original PID control system with optimized design,the blast furnace chamber pressure controller endometrial multi degree of freedom,experiments are carried out respectively to model,the fuzzy PID controller is designed,analyzed control effect.In this paper,the pressure process control object is simulated based on the least square method,and the simulation accuracy is up to 99.36%according to the data from a large Steel Corp in Hunan,the fuzzy PID control effect is improved obviously.
