This paper carried out a statistical analysis on the types of coal mine safety accidents, summarizes the law of coal mine safety accidents, to determine the factors influencing the safety of coal mine production process. Based on the production process principle and the theory of hazard identification, formed the influence factors of coal mine safety identification base wooden frame. Combined with the actual situation of mine safety production, the application of the theory of hazard identification, hazard of coal mine and the relationship between the accidents were analyzed, and using the theory of trajectory cross and said the cause of the accident hazard in coal mine production system has carried on the classification, put forward the coal mine accident hazards identification basis.Fault tree analysis is applicable to large complex system reliability and safety analysis of a kind of technology, the principle of application of fault tree analysis, respectively, to establish the accident tree, qualitative analysis was carried out on the fault tree, and the minimum cut sets, identify causes are the main factors causing the accidents in coal mine. Fault tree analysis method is essentially a qualitative model of easy to calculate, so you can also use fault tree model for coal mine disasters quantitative risk analysis.Coal mining is a complex system, this system is part of the information known, some information is unknown, thus it can be regarded as a grey system. Using the grey relational analysis of grey system comprehensive analysis of fault tree diagnosis. This method for control of accidents, accident processing priorities, improve system provides a theoretical basis for the reliability and security.Finally, this paper, combining actual situation of coal mine safety production in Lian Huadong coal mine in Qing Tang, An Hua, used fault tree analysis to carry on the qualitative analysis for the mine coal mine gas explosion, drilling, blasting accident, fire the hazards, electrical hazard has carried on the qualitative analysis, calculate the of all kinds of accidents in coal mine of minimum cut sets, the path sets and structure importance; On the basis of fault tree qualitative analysis at the same time, the coal mine gas explosion, for example, using grey correlation analysis method for quantitative analysis of the main influencing factors of coal mine gas explosion, calculate the main influencing factors of gray correlation degree, size sorting, risk factors for coal mine gas explosion provide detailed data on the theory of risk management.
