Abstract Filling logistics system is a key part of production logistics system in underground metal mine, which goal is to transport different kinds of fillings in certain quality to identified goafs in a high efficiency and low cost way. To a underground metal mine which plan to build a new filling system, how to coordinate the new building filling logistics system with original giant production logistics system, and keep high efficiency of new building filling logistics system are the key points to ensure the normal mining of underground metal mine enterprise. Based on Production Logistics Theory, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) and System Simulation Technology, choose Yunnan Tin Group, Gaofengshan mining area new building underground waste filling logistics system as object, the paper studies optimization and simulation of underground waste filling logistics system by using comprehensive evaluation method and system simulation software Flexsim. The main study contents as follows:(1) Based on Production Logistics Theory, the present situation of underground metal mine enterprise production logistics system was analyzed in detail, current problems and modification measures of present underground metal mine enterprise production logistics system were proposed;(2) Basic theories and applicable conditions of logistics system evaluation methods were studies in detail, the comprehensive evaluation method of underground metal mine enterprise production logistics system, which is Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP), was established;(3) Based on engineering background in Gaofengshan mining area, the concrete logistics paths of new building waste filling logistics system were identified, and the based on Fuzzy AHP, the new building waste filling logistics system was optimized, the better waste filling logistics system design was achieved;(4) On the basis of theoretical optimization results, the underground waste filling logistics system simulation model was built by system simulation software Flexsim, the model was shown and run in3D real environment after setting related model parameters. Model running results shown that the underground waste filling logistics system coordinated the original ore mining production logistics system well, and it could meet the goafs waste filling requirements in Gaofengshan mining area, which has an important guiding significance on building of underground waste filling logistics system in Gaofengshan mining area.
