Research On The Collapse Column Seismic Observation System

Collapse column is one of the major disastrous geological structures in the coal mine. Collapse column found in the coal mine is likely to cause a large area of roof fall, accidents such as water bursting and outburst of gas, seriously affecting the safety of coal mine production.Seismic exploration is the most effective means for probing into collapse column, providing great help for the safety of the coal mine production. However, its accuracy is not satisfactory. Therefore, how to improve the accuracy of exploring collapse column with seismic method is what many workers and researchers have been exploring.The paper systematically describes the geological features and geophysical characteristics of collapse column, and makes a detailed introduction to the causes and distribution of collapse column. In addition, it reduces the physical basis by geophysical methods to detect collapse column, and summarizes characteristics and means of identifying collapse column in the field of seismic waves. The writer aims to study how to improve the accuracy of detecting collapse column by the seismic exploration, and chooses to improve it from the perspective of seismic observation system. So the paper also highlights the three-dimensional seismic design criteria for coal systems. Finally, after having an understanding of seismic and geological conditions of collapse column, it establishes the relevant geological model; meeting the design criteria in the coalfields of three-dimensional seismic observation system and based on the model laid on top, it uses the wave equation to forward model by Tesseral-2D full wave field seismic. At last, it comparatively analyzes the simulated stacked section, summarizes the optimization criteria for seismic collapse column in improving the accuracy of seismic observation system.Through the seismic observation system collapse column model-based forward modeling, the paper concludes the selection of parameters about improving the accuracy of seismic exploration of collapse column, hoping to help improve the accuracy of using seismic methods to explore collapse column.
