Construction of the mine ventilation system is an essential part of coal mine safety production, safety evaluation of mine ventilating system can provide technology guarantee for the coal mine enterprises. Innovation of safety evaluation technology is the basic to promote safety development of coal mine enterprises. The competition of technological innovation embodied in the intellectual property, and safety evaluation standard is the inevitable trend of coal mine enterprise safety development. Safety evaluation standard is an inevitable trend in the safety development of coal mine enterprise. In order to adapt to the development, it needs to achieve the gole of standardized safety evaluation in mine ventilating system. The standard evaluation method will be established for safety evaluation of mine ventilating system based on the evaluation results.Firstly, I analysis the current situation at home and abroad from two aspects of index system and the evaluation method. After learning, we know that single index can only reflect part of the ventilation system. Multi index evaluation accorded to the appraisal of professional knowledge and practical experience, the result does not conform to the actual situation, and the index values have poor comparability. I learned integrated methods that are used for the safety evaluation of mine ventilation system. we know that the grey neural network integrated method is better than the other methods through the comparison and analysis of these kinds of integration methods.Secondly, it should be maximum use of national、local、enterprise rules and regulations based on the purpose of standardization. It must determine the standardization of index system. Then use the application of AHP to quantify index. Study on the fusion methods、principle and characteristics of the grey analysis method and neural network method. Then as the input data of BP neural network, It determined the application of grey clustering method for ash handling of the established index system. The grey neural network model is established for the safety evaluation on the ventilation system, the training program of BP network can implemented in Matlba7.0software environment.Finally, using the trained model to Safety evaluate the mine ventilation system, the results and actual basic conform to. Hence, it can prove that the standard index system can reflect the basic situation of mine ventilation system and it can be applied widely in the safety evaluation of ordinary colliery enterprises because it makes the colliery safety evaluation more practicable and scientific. It also can provide the research direction of standardized safety evaluation in mine ventilating system.
