Coal mine itself is a huge,complex and changeable production system with many uncertain safety factors.At present,the state is vigorously promoting the standardization of coal mine safety production,emphasizing process control and system management,implementing relevant laws and regulations,enterprise standards and regulations,and quantifying and qualitative results,so as to make coal mine safety production reach a controllable state.According to the content of standardized evaluation,this paper constructs the standardized management and control mode and corresponding evaluation model suitable for coal mine itself,optimizes the standardized evaluation system and develops and applies the standardized management information system,promotes the normalized development of coal mine safety production standardization and lays a foundation for the systematic construction of coal mine.This paper analyses and studies the standardization construction from the two directions of vertical self-evaluation and horizontal evaluation.Firstly,on the basis of studying the relevant theories of risks and hidden dangers,a multi-level hierarchical management and control model based on"double-line pre-control"is established,namely,mine-level management and control-target layer,department-level management and control-standard layer,district team and team management and control-risk layer and hidden danger layer.The selected indexes are quantified by LEC method and defining quantification function,and the evaluation based on the coupling of entropy WEIGHT-GREY system theory is constructed.Price model;Set pair analysis theory(SPA)is used to calculate and analyze the uncertainty,pessimism and set pair potential existing in the process of mine evaluation,and the optimization model of standardized evaluation system based on SPA is established,which optimizes the evaluation method of safety production standardization.At the same time,aiming at the problems of"digital divide"and"information isolated island"existing in coal mine,the standardization of safety production is combined with the standardization of safety production.In the process of self-evaluation,a standardized management information system for coal mine safety production was designed and developed.Applying this construction mode,the risk and hidden danger data of a mine in northern Shaanxi and the safety production standardization test scores of five coal mines are investigated and collected for practical application.The application results show that the application of multi-level hierarchical management and control model and evaluation model based on the coupling of entropy weight and grey system theory has greatly improved the logic and objectivity of coal mine internal management,while the application of set pair analysis theory is more conducive to the development of the whole standardized evaluation system,and the development and application of standardized management information system has a great impact on the systematic management of coal mine.The improvement is conducive to the normal development of standardized mines.
