Over the years, many experts and scholars have focused on the study of underground floor heave characteristics, mechanical mechanism and management, a series of achievements have been made. Accodingly, they have put forward corresponding support technology and management programs. However, due to the randomness of the complexity of the geological structure, the nature of the differences between the roadway rock mechanics, the position of the orientation of the limitations of the roadway, construction disturbance, specific issues still need specific analysis.According to the in-situ stress test of Changcun mine coal mining area S6in Shanxi Lu’an Mining Group, horizontal stress is the main stress of in-situ stress, and stress is approximately perpendicular to the direction of maximum horizontal tunneling direction, which caused serious floor heave and lead to serious affects, some of the largest roadway floor heave is up to1.5m. This paper studies Changcun mine floor heave problems under high pressure, including theoretical analysis, simulation and physical similarity numerical simulation carried out relevant research.Firstly, the location of the mine tunnel, occurrence condition of the roof and floor, mineral content and rock destruction, etc. are analysised, excluding the possibility of bottom water expansion. Then, through two-way roadway stress stability studies of similar simulation without frame supported roadway simulation experiments, similar analysis of rock deformation and failure stress characteristics and features carried out, the type of extrusion floor heave is determined.According to the types of floor heave, support programs for different situations are proposed. Considering that most pioneering Changcun mine roadway have finished, which means the maximum principal stress direction substantially perpendicular to the axis of the roadway uphill roadway have been completed, roadway axis of gate road substantially parallel to the maximum horizontal stress, the amount of floor heave general in the500mm or so, so the study focused on analysis direct bottom bolting, grooving and combined anchor support.Finally, still through analog simulation, bottom anchor bracing effects are verified. Three kinds of numerical situation are carried out through Flac3D, no support, bottom anchor bracing, grooving and end anchor combined support. After contrasting, verificating, the superiority of combined support is confirmed (the volume of floor heave can be limited to200mm), provided the basis for floor heave management of Changcun mine S6mine area and similar engineering practice.
