The Realization Of The Automatic Control Of Pulverized Coal Injection Based On Fuzzy PID

With the advance of automation, the Iron&Steel Enterprises have searched after many ways of energy-saving and cost-reducing to reduce the production cost. However, pulverized coal injection is an effective method for cost-reducing in steel company. When cheaper coal powder is used in coal injection equipment, the coke ratio of puddling can be reduced and the coal injection ratio can be improved. This paper researches the design and development of blast furnace coal injection automatic control software system in combination of the four projects of the pulverized coal injection (PCI) automatic control system of1260m3BF in Yili Iron Making Factory,With a detailed analysis of the characteristics of traditional PCI automatic control system and on the basis of the functions and control programs of PCI automatic control system, this thesis have finalized the equipment selection and the software development, and at the same time, the research and design of PCI automatic control system have been finished in this paper. Low pressure control of the whole PCI process, production automation and real-time monitoring can be realized under the control of this system, thus providing a safe and stable operation.The main research achievements of this thesis are as follows:Pulverized coal injection technology have been studied and related conclusions have been made; The analysis of PCI functional requirements of automatic control system has been made;"PC+PLC+HMI"control program has been selected as a designing scheme for PCI automatic control system; To solve the controlling problems of the PCI system’s dynamism, nonlinearity, time variation and hysteresis, PID fuzzy control technology has been introduced to the designing of system controller; The design of host computerized supervisory control system has been finished through WinCC software, so that a real-time monitoring of the whole PCI operation process has been made possible.
