Recently people are becoming increasingly concerned about the haze pollution. As burning coal is the main cause of air pollution, how to use coal in a reasonable and environment friendly way matters a lot. As a result, realizing accurate coal supplying is one of the effective methods for us to fully and effectively use coal resource, save energy and reduce emission. Coal contains impurities which can't burn and the amount of impurities decides the quality of the coal.According to the different requirements of coal quality in various industries, We can mix the different single coal with others according to proper ratio to realize accurate coal mixing.The most important thing of accurate coal mixing is the accurate and real time control of the coal supply during the process of coal supplying.In this way, we can meet the requirements of clients.At the same time, we will save coal resource, improve the use-ratio of coal burning, save energy and reduce emission, which make a big difference to the reasonable use of resource and the harmonious and sustainable development of our society.As for the specific production process of coal supplying in the Coal Washing Factory of Baodian Coal Mine, we inspect and measure the production site. Combining the former control experience of coal supplying, we finally choose the fuzzy PID controller to improve the process of coal supplying. We have real time monitoring of the production equipment of each production part via industrial Ethernet ring network.We also monitor and control the production process and the running statement of equipment.The text will introduce the production process of coal supplying, the overall framework of coal supplying and the realizing method of its function.The text describes the fuzzy control algorithm and PID control algorithm in detail and design the core control algorithm of the coal system on the basis of the theories.The realization process of the algorithm of the controller is also described. The core controller of this system is S7-1200 PLC of the Siemens Company.It will form suited rule of fuzzy control according to the features of coal supplying and production process. It will also make some appropriate adjustments to the control index on the basis of its original PID control technology so it will accurately control the amount of coal by variable frequency control. We take advantage of the advanced configuration software to accomplish the design of the man-machine interface. We will also monitor and control the production statement and the production process of coal supplying so that the workers will grasp the situation and make right judgment.The text describes the advanced fuzzy control and closed-loop control in detail, and alsointroduces the design fuzzy PID controller process of the coal supplying system. By using MATLAB software, we compare the simulation results of the designed coal supplying fuzzy PID controller and the result of ordinary PID controller.We find the effect of control is good, which realize our expectation of the system. We also offer the specific program design of S7-1200 PLC and the implementation of configuration human machine interface.
