In recent years, with agricultural production process wastewater discharged increasingly high concentration of organic matter, high-rate anaerobic bioreactor was more and more applied in sewage treatment works because of its high concentration organic wastewater treatment efficiency and low energy consumption.But in the engineering application practice, it often appears struvite scaling sedimentation problem, which has caused great harm to the stable operation of high rate anaerobic reactor.This thesis mainly selects the organic acid, such as the acetic acid, oxalic acid, citric acid, propionic acid and sodium oxalate, sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide to study removal of dissolved solution of struvite, at the same time,we studied on the removal effect of struvite dissolution by acid and alkali combination, combined with economic analysis, we selected the most economical and efficient way to dissolution struvite. At the same time, we also studied the temperature and liquid disturbance on struvite dissolution.The experimental results shows that:Struvite can be dissolved a certain by acetic acid, oxalic acid, citric acid, butyric acid, sodium oxalate, sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide, and the removal rates were increased with time and acid concentration.Dissolution of struvite removal effect is the most economical and efficient when we used the method of acid and alkali combination.Under conditions in which the concentration of the same time,the highest remowal efficiency of oxalic acid dissolved,citric acid after.The alkali and acid was combined to examine the dissolution of struvite, compared with acid alone or alone with alkali to dissolve struvite, using a combination of acid to dissolve struvite, you can achieve the best removal. In addition, struvite was dissolved firstly by alkali then dissolved by the acid was better than the way dissolved firstly by acid then dissolved by the alkali.Comprehensive economic analysis and struvite removal, sodium hydroxide+citric acid, citric acid+sodium oxalate, acetic acid+sodium hydroxide were the better three ways to dissolve the struvite, but each of them has advantages and disadvantages, it can be determined according to specific conditions how to choose.Citric acid was selected as the representative to examine the temperature change, the temperature has a great impact on the dissolution of struvite struvite removal, generally the higher the temperature, the higher the rate of dissolution. When the temperature is45℃, the dissolution was the best.Disturbance of the liquid has a great influence on the removal of struvite.stirred conditions were better than those without the condition of stirring.Acid and alkali dissolution method has a good removal effect on struvite, it provides some reference for solving a series of problem of struvite scaling in the anaerobic reaction system.
