On the continuous vacuum coating production line, something like the strip shape,transmission speed, strain distribution and the transmission equipment installing precisionwill cause problems such as deviation of the moving path and even adversely impact thequality of the final steel coating. Therefore, the specialized correction device is quitenecessary to be installed during the steel strip transmission.The research content of this dissertation is based on the project of continuous vacuumgalvanized steel strip (aluminum) production line and complete sets of equipment lineresearched by Lan Zhou Da Cheng Technology Co.,Ltd, which is analyzed the structure andthe control requirements of the continuous vacuum coating production line, which is makedthe related overall control strategies and designs the vacuum coating control system onthis base. the dissertation has chosen the steel belt deviation control as the analyzing object,The main contents are as follows:(1) According to the working condition of each section of valve controlling cylinder, theeffects of some important parameters on the system stability and precision, the correspondingequation can be listed, the method of transfer function in the control theory can be established.the dynamic mathematical model of the control system of rectifying.(2) For the dynamic model is established, and design the corresponding control strategy.The main executive system of the correction system is the valve-controlled cylinder, whosefunction is easy to be impacted by parameter variability, external load disturbance, electriclinear and other uncertainties. Because of these uncertainties about the electro-hydraulic servosystem, the conventional PID control can’t achieve the best control effect, while the fuzzycontrol doesn’t require precise mathematical model, Is verified by simulation in the simulinkenvironment, which control the superiority of the fuzzy PID control strategy, the systemoutput value can fast track stability.(3) Adaptive variable universe fuzzy PID control in the application of rectifying controlresearch. Which puts forward an adaptive variable universe fuzzy PID control strategy, and itcan be applied to the correction of control system, the variable universe fuzzy control methodcan guarantee the global stability of the system and control accuracy. The simulation resultscompared with the fuzzy PID control effect, the system can quickly converge to the target,smaller overshoot and fast response.This paper has adopted the fuzzy control as the method to analyze the continuousvacuum galvanized steel strip (aluminum) production line and complete sets of equipmentline. The paper is based on the simplified mathematical models and fuzzy control theories,respectively designs fuzzy control system and fuzzy PID control system and compares withconventional PID control.The stimulation results show thatthe proposed control system in the paper has outstanding characteristics like better-correcting function,faster-response andsteady-state tracking value.
