| Quercetin was also known as Meletin,it belongs to flavonoids and has good effect forcough and asthma with phlegm,and there was a gentle effect to cough and gasp.Especiallyshows remarkable effect in inhibiting agent to promote cancer ascites cancer cells in vitrogrowth of malignant cells arroyo DNA, RNA and protein synthesis of quercetin.Sodevelopment of reliable, fast and preciseness methods for quercetin determination is veryuseful in practical value.Electrochemical methods had been deeply studied on thedeterminate quercetin due to low detection limit, high selectivity and high sensitivity.The graphite oxide was prepared by the methed of Hummers in this paper,graphiteoxide was reduced into the graphene on the electrode,the gold nanoparticles was depositedon modified electrode by chronoamperometry,the electrochemical sensors was prepared fordetermination of quercetin content, the modified electrodes were characterized by themethods of SEM,EIS and CV.The results showed that nano gold, graphene was successfullymodified on the surface of glassy carbon electrode.Under the condition of the optimaltest,the behavior of quercetin on electrochemical modified electrodes will bedetermined.According to the results, the concentration of quercetin was between1.0×10-7mol/L and9.0×10-6mol/L range good linear relation with the peak current (in B-R buffersolution, pH=3.50), the detection limit of quercetin3.3×10-8mol/L (S/N=3).The averagerecovery the experiment was97.2%-101.0%. In addition,the relationship between the peakcurrent and concentration and the influence of interference ions wereinvestigated.According to the results,Nano gold/graphene modified electrodes for thedetermination of quercetin possessed low detection limit, high sensitivity, good selectivity,etc. |
