Firstly,2-furanyl-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazole compounds were synthesized by the onepot multicomponents reaction with furancarboxaldehyde, benzil and ammonium acetate,and it is gradually increasing the number of the furan ring is formed to expand theoptimized modified with hydrogen between the organism, to synthesis of a series of furanylsubstituted imidazole derivatives has a strong biological activity.In this paper, furanyl benzoin was synthesized with furancarboxaldehyde and vitaminB1, then the furanyl benzoin as a raw material, furanyl benzil was synthesized in a coppersulfate solution by the oxidation of pyridine, furanyl benzil, substituted benzaldehyde,ammonium acetate and various amino compounds as raw materials, to synthesis two furylgroup polyaryl1H-imidazol-compounds by one pot multicomponents reaction. Furanylbenzil, ammonium acetate and substituted benzaldehyde synthesis the4,5-(furan-2-yl)-2–substituted phenyl-1H-imidazole derivatives. Furan benzil, aniline, ammonium acetate andaromatic aldehydes synthesis of4,5-furanyl-1-phenyl-2-substituted phenyl-1H-imidazolederivatives by one-pot four-component reaction. Benzil furan,2-aminothiazole, ammoniumacetate and substituted benzaldehydes synthesis4,5-bis furanyl-1-(thiazol-2-yl)-2-phenyl-1H-imidazole derivatives by one-pot four-component reaction. Their structures werecharacterized and confirmed by IR and NMR spectrum.Furan benzil, furaldehyde, ammonium acetate, and the different amino compounds as araw material, synthesis of three furyl group polyaryl1H-imidazol-compounds by one-potfour-component reaction or one-pot three-component reaction. Furanyl benzil, ammoniumacetate and furan-formaldehyde as raw materials, synthesis of2,4,5-threefuryl-1H-imidazole derivatives by one-pot three-component reaction. Furanyl benzil,furanyl methylamine, ammonium acetate and substituted benzaldehyde as raw material,through one-pot four-component reaction to synthesis4,5-furanyl-1-(2-furan methyl)-2-substituted phenyl-1H-imidazole derivatives. Their structures were characterized andconfirmed by IR and NMR spectrum.
