The Ethyl acetate and butyl acetate were mainly produced by esterificationmethod.The process caused a lot of organic waste water of high concentration. If thewastewater are not treated,it will influence on water environmental quality. Study onthe Process for the ethyl acetate and butyl acetate wastewater Treatment hassignificances to environmental protection. This research adopts two-stage ASBR-SBRcraft to deal with Ethyl acetate wastewater. Firstly, Ethyl acetate wastewater is treatedwith ASBR anaerobic reactor. Then the start-up of the reactor and operation efficiencyis studied. SBR (sequencing batch reactor) as follow-up of anaerobic craft, afterward,ASBR anaerobically digested effluent of Ethyl acetate wastewater is treated with SBR.This thesis researches the efficiencies of ASBR(anaerobic sequencing batch reactor)used in treating Ethyl acetate wastewater caused by different influenced factors. Studyfollow-up craft operating mode terms of SBR: is it feasible that ASBR-SBR craft dealwith Ethyl acetate wastewater and offer the basis for engineering design. The results ofthe study show that:(1) The best alkali agent to adjust the pH value of bottom water is calciumhydroxide, optimal pH value is9.0. When the rotational speed is60r/min,thetemperature in the50oC, the maximum COD removal rate is30.77%.(2)Study on the start-up of anaerobic sequencing bath reactor for ethyl acetate andbutyl acetate wastewater treatment,Six days after COD removal rate will reach86%when the volume load were quickly scaled up by35percent. When the the reactor startis complete,the COD removal rate is90%,the pH value is8.0,SS is43mg/L, Itindicates that the anaerobic sequencing bath reactor has better treatment efficiency intreating ethyl acetate wastewater and very capable resistance shocking. when the CODof influent increased to14012mg/L,the accumulation of acetic acid and propionic acidis increased. The time of the accumulation of acetic acid is delayed for an hour.(3)The reactor adopt instantaneous inflow in the whole experiment, when theinfluent COD is13200mg/L, pH value is5.25, reaction time is24h, the effluent CODremoval rate is94%, VFA is150mg/L, alkalinity is980mg/L. The reactor can stableoperation in the quarter of the time when the pH value below6.5. The highest COD of influent is14000mg/L.It indicates that the anaerobic sequencing bath reactor has bettertreatment efficiency in treating ethyl acetate and butyl acetate wastewater and hascharacteristic of minimize alkalinity The COD removal rate of the second stage ASBRis65%.The COD of effluent is260mg/L.(4) The wastewater after treatment of SBR system, overall COD removalefficiencies is80%, NH3-N removal efficiencies is more than97%.Alter treated, theeffluent can comply with the Discharge standards of water pollutants for pharmaceuticalindustry chemical synthesis products category,and the COD≦60mg/L,NH3-N≦5mg/L...
