Excavation scheduling plan of mine plays a very important role in guiding mineproduction, and has a direct impact on coal production and economic benefit of coalenterprise, so the compilation of excavation plan is an important part in the mineproduction and management. For a long period, the coal enterprises in our countrygenerally still adopt the way of artificial for weaving excavation scheduling plan,which has not only low efficiency but also poor rationality of the mining plan. Inrecent years, the computer technology is developing highly and also has been widelyused in the coal industry; Providing support for mining replacement plan throughusing the computer technology can effectively make up for the inadequacy of artificialmethod.In this paper, the basic information database of the mine production and rule baseof mining scheduling, which based on considering the constraint conditions andpriorities when excavates plan in the way of artificial, are established in this paperthrough researching and anglicizing the whole process of the artificial excavating plan;Mining excavation scheduling intelligent decision support system is design anddeveloped, with the development platform of Visual Studio2008and SQL Server2005, by means of decision support system and expert system. This system gives fullplay to the function of the quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis, and hasrealized management of the basic information of mine and excavation schedulingknowledge. The automatic generation of mining excavation plan searched andrealized according to the reasoning process designed. As mining information updates,the excavation scheduling plan also dynamically change subsequently. This systemcan quickly statistical information such as the yield and the penetration of mine, andprovide effective excavation information to the staff who compilation excavationplan, and provide decision-making support for compiling mining excavationscheduling plan.
