Exergy Analysis Of The Glucuronolactone Production Process

At present, the shortage of energy is an important problem. How to use of energy availably and high-efficiently is necessary in carrying out the sustainable development strategy in the21st century. This thesis analyses the exergy of the gluccuronolactone production process, and it has the important meaning to reduce product cost, improve the cost-effective and energy-efficiency to enterprises for carrying on the economy energy reduces work.Based on the energy analyses to the gluccuronolactone production process, this thesis mainly uses of exergy analyses methods to research the energy-efficiency of every process units and finds the places and the consuming of the exergy were analyzed though calculation, it gives the direction of energy-saving to the gluccuronolactone production process. This thesis has carried out fruitful work in the following three aspects:(1) It was accomplished that researching the energy-efficiency of every process units and established that the relevant calculation method;(2) It was found that the places and the consuming of the exergy were analyzed though energy analyses to every process units;(3) Based on the energy analyses to the gluccuronolactone production process, it advanced that reducing energy consumption methods and strategies to every process units and pointed the direction of energy-saving to the gluccuronolactone production process.This approach has some meanings for carrying on economy energy reduces work on the similarity chemical equipments.
