Level of risk management of large-scale projects will directly determine the level of the management of the entire project, which also determines the contractor companies to reduce the risk of loss, to avoid risks and to improve the level of profitability. Therefore, the implementation of the risk management project to construct a reasonable and effective risk management models, are particularly important.The large retired environmental projects, especially since Japan’s Fukushima nuclear power plant leak events become more and more national attention. There are a lot of uncertainties in the process of project implementation, faces a variety of risks, and the risk of their own characteristics that make the risk to change at any time. Plus many types of risks, the individual can advance or things in control, but some risk needs to happen in order to be dealt with, but also facing the project in each and every aspect of the new risks may at any time. Therefore, the strengthening risk management of the environmental projects is the important problem of the environmental protection industry which needs to solve.This thesis bases on a large retired environmental project of a nuclear environmental company, studies the class environmental project risk management issues which do the risk management of the various aspects of the project life cycle as a starting point. The article intends to adopt the method of field survey, expert interviews, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This paper, based on the analysis summarized in the theoretical literature at home and abroad, the concept of risk management, risk identification, risk assessment and risk theory learning and thinking about the background for the implementation of the large retired class environmental projects and the implementation of process through the survey on the construction of the project staff, build the project risk index system; indicators constructed by the analytic hierarchy process based on the weight assignment to sort the various risks of the project, and finally through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the degree of risk of the project, and then combined with engineering practice, the establishment of the index system of risk management and management mode of the project, in order to guide enterprise risk management more effective implementation of the retired environmental projects.The innovation of this paper is that the risk classification by a retired class environmental project risk management practice for that type of project implementation process to construct the corresponding index system of risk management, seek this project risk management methods and countermeasures. On this basis, the establishment of the retired class environmental project risk management mode and theoretical system can be used to guide enterprise risk management of the project construction.
