Clothing industry is a pillar industry in Shishi, which owns a quite mature development, large industry scale and many workers. However, after several transformations, development of the clothing industry once again met the transformation of pressure.Compared with other areas, the past operation mode with low production cost, high production technology, and effect has brought a reduced competitiveness. So that, new competitive advantage is need to enhance additional value of product. During the all methods, to enhance the design development for product is fundamental.To enhance the research and development, and increase otherness of product is the first step but also key step to enhance additional value of product.The research and development requires strategy, direction, and method. Otherwise, the design research and development organization is the foundation of execution strategy.The thesis aims to analyze and arrange the design research and development organization of clothing industry in Shishi, and divide them to eight kinds, and three main types, including design research and development organization for sell support, design research and development organization for production support and design research and development organization of tasking.Meanwhile, different character and development time of these design research and development organizations has been compared and discussed. And we found that the enterprises which tend to research and development orientation owns more resource and also ask for a longer time to develop.In addition, the thesis has compared the design research and development organization in China and abroad. It also discussed the mode of operation in communication for design research and development organization except the formal design research and development organization. And we found that the mode of operation in communication has in-direct relationship, but is closely related to desire, culture and staff of corporate.
