There is the study of the impact on guide material by heat treatment to make material better Parameter,also there is study of straightening stroke to make straightening process efficient and precise.Base on metallic materials having the same performance in the same heat treatment,we study he impact by different heat treatment to common rail material GCr15,and base on this one,we study the relationship between heat treatment and the stroke of rail.So,it can help optimize stroke by heat treatment. About this topic,we do these things:Firstly, Cited load-displacement model of pressure straightening technology and straightening stroke theoretical model based on metallic material elastic-plastic theory.According to the model,we known the key parameters which impact the stroke.Then design three experiments (bending experiment,metallurgical analysis experiment and microhardness test) to test rail material properties.Secondly, Take bending experiment to rail in two heat treatment,get the actual stroke-deform curve,combine with theoretical stroke-deform date to contrast the stroke of these two rails.Then, From metallurgical analysis experiment and microhardness test,we know the relationship between heat treatment, metallographic microstructure and microhardness, under the condition of without considering the cost,Finally, Simulate the deformation and stress produced by quench based on quenching environment.Establish finite element model by rail parameter to simulate bending experiment process.Combine experiment date with FEM date to study the he relationship between heat treatment and the stroke.
