Researeh On Fire Risk Evaluation And Aid Decision System For University Dormitories Based On GIS

In recent years，colleges and universities increasingly frequent fire accidents，as a result ofthe personal and property loss increases gradually，the social impact is also deteriorating. Work oncampus fire safety precautions have begun to attract the attention of the university managements，but mainly from increase security checks，strengthen daily safety management，increase capitaland other aspects of education and training to enhance fire safety management. Fire safetymanagement personnel of the college dormitory own particularity and the potential lack ofunderstanding of fire risk，less theoretical models and practical application of research on collegedormitory fire risk assessment，student dormitory fire emergency decision-depth rarely explored.Therefore，the lack of safety management in the daily work of theoretical guidance，poor fireprevention measures in effect；lack of fire emergency plan in case of fire，it is difficult to fastresponse，response to science.In this study，based on the current problems and deficiencies in fire safety management incolleges and universities，and through field surveys and related data collection，introduces thebackground of college dormitory fire risk assessment，and summarizes the status of the fire riskassessment studies and problems，explore the value and significance of university students’dormitory fire risk assessment. Through statistical analysis at home and abroad in recent years，college students’ dormitory typical fire accident，analyzed the impact of the basic elements of thecollege dormitory fire risk，and access to relevant documents，collate and analyze the indexsystem of the college dormitory fire risk assessment，as well as by means of expert investigationfire risk assessment method to determine the weights of each index. Closely the characteristics ofcollege students dormitory constructed college dormitory fire risk assessment model based onweighted gray relational analysis.Furthermore，with the use of computer programming languages，will be converted fire riskassessment model based on weighted gray relational analysis of the college dormitory into acomputer-based program，to achieve a college dormitory intelligent fire risk assessment process.The assessment results combined with the plane distribution of student dormitory， will be outputin the form of thematic map. By setting different colors on the map to represent different fire risklevels，to achieve a college dormitory fire risk assessment results visualization.Finally，take Ma Fangshan district of Wuhan University of Technology as an example forempirical study， provides theoretical support and practical reference for fire safety andemergency management college decision.recent years, along with the large enrollment expansion of universities,the population density in the campus is doubled and redoubled. College students’dormitory is the core of the college students’ study life place, but there is personnel gathered in it,the potential risk of fire is higher, campus fire growing threat to teachers’ and students’ lives andproperty, in the event of fire accident, it’s easy to cause many casualties and major propertydamage.Therefore, the accurate control of students’ dormitory fire risk is very important. the mostimportant means of students’ dormitory fire risk is scientific, objective evaluation and analysis.
