Because of the nice quality and the manufacturing technology’s getting better,the Constant Pressure Hydrostatic Rotary Table has been occupied a decisive positionin china’s aeronautic and shipbuilding industry. But today, as the digital design andproduction technology have been developed in an amazing pace, it has been noticedthat there is still not a systemic designing process of the constant pressure hydrostaticrotary table, and a CAD/CAE modeling technique either. As the same time, themanufacturing industry is being more and more strictly about the quality of it, so ithas been a major issue of providing the designers an exclusive designing and analysissoftware, and when developing it, the research of the designing methods of it is thekey point. The study is based on the design method of constant pressure hydrostaticrotary table, by using the technology of digital design; realize the development ofconstant pressure hydrostatic rotary table designing platform. This study is based onthe national science and technology major projects ‘Digital design key technologytools development and typical application in high-grade CNC machine’projects in thesub project ‘constant pressure hydrostatic rotary table designing platform’.The research is about standardized integration of analysis and design process,which are about the working principle of the major functioning components of theCPH Rotary Table, and make specification of the design flow of the main structure.Provide parameters of the rotary table to support the entirety sustaining design basedon its structural feature, and also provide computing examples to testify the accuracyand practicability of the designing product. At the same time, choose the type of theoil and study the computing methods of the drive based on the sustainingconstruction’s oil pressure and the needs of the drive; and make strategies to analysisthe simulation of oil slick and rotary table which will be a reference and correction ofthe designing of the Rotary Table.Here to research the method of parametric design and analysis on hydrostaticrotary table. Here are the analysis methods of PRO/E and ANSYS digital designingprocess and the essential strategy of it. Based on the PRO/E secondary developmentand seamless connector technique, write the connectors and transmitting the data tomake parameterization models. Furthermore, realizing ANSYS secondarydevelopment by using APDL and UIDL, transmitting the parameters and modeling documents, can automatically analysis the loader capacity and model status, andexport the results in the form of documents, which make rapid determination ofproduct scheme according to the demand.As to the development of the software, by using object-oriented class designmode, modular process design mode and digital integration technology, the platformhas realized integrated development of design and analysis for hydrostatic rotary table,which combine software and mixed development model of CAD and CAE. Usingdatabase technology to manage the design data makes the data transmission betweensoftware, PRO/E and ANSYS more reliable and stable.Application and verification link selected machine tool machining center fordebugging, the platform effectively enhances the standard design process, and shortenthe design cycle, and provides the convenience and reliability, enables designers toquickly determine the product scheme according to the market demand.
