The main basis of monitoring and control the dynamic characteristics of the oilwell reserves is the production of oil well. Rapidly and accurately for flowmeasurement, therefore, is to be solved in the production of oil well. The technologyof the measurement about the multiphase no separation on-line automatic detectionand measurement can achieve the no separation and continuous measurement of theonline, and control oil well production, for mining plan, formulate, adjust andreasonable arrange production and extend the service life of oil Wells in real-time,improve recovery factor. Lots of research on the domestic many scientific researchinstitutes, institutions.This Subject mainly research about the on-line automaticmeasurement methods of multiphase flow of the well in no separation. Study somenew methods of gauging the well production, in order to meet the structure is simple,on-line automatic measurement, low cost, easy installation, good applicability andother technical application requirements.Through analyzing the data of the search, investigation, gradually carry outtheoretical research and test. The author selects the conductance and capacitancesensor principle of design, and explores the method of the multiphase flow measuring.This method is in the different measurement method for different measurementparameters of the comparative analysis of. This method is the summary of theprevious work, takes its advantage, and reasonable combination, and completes designoperations finally. In the process of study, we accumulated a lot of practicalexperience and technology, proposed a new way of thinking for further researchrelated to technical methods to detect Oil gas water three-phase flow measurement.In this paper, we have carried on the detailed analysis and calculation parameters,and compared the measured values with the theoretical value of various parameters ofthe measurement of liquid of conductivity, permittivity, and flux value. The results arebasically consistent, and we achieve the purpose of the study. Meanwhile, this paperanalyzes and explains the problems encountered, provide a reference for furtherresearch based on its.In the research process, we designed multiphase flow measurement sensors;Designed based on the capacitance measurement circuit for measuring the permittivity;Designed dual amplifying and filtering circuit for flow measurements, and measuringvoltage divider circuit for conductivity. Through the various parameters weremeasured to verify the feasibility of the method and measurement program.
