| Hoist cage generator device is a kind of automatic generator device installed in the minehoist cage. It is used to solve the long time power supply problem of all kinds of testing andmonitoring equipment installation on the hoist. Design a friction wheel in the generatordevice, the wheel contact the rigid guide under the action of elastic force. The friction wheelturns when the hoist cage doing up and down movements, thus drives the generator rotorrotating power and then supply for the battery by circuit switching.It is the key in achieving generate electricity when the friction wheel obtain the stablefriction force under the condition of all kinds error in the cage and cage through the guidewheel allows deflection relative to the guide. Therefore this paper presents differentinstitution in taking force scheme then analysis and compare. Finally this paper decides agenerator device of the compression spring force type as the embodiment of battery onlinecharging. This paper analysis the generators working principle in detail, including the overallstructure and size. It determines the installation form of the generator device on the hoistcage, the preloaded way and the preload size of the friction wheel when studying thedynamics problem of reducing force can avoid spring vibration.This paper establishes the3D model of generator device and gets the stress clouds byinserting these models into the ANSYS then it finds the dangerous section and optimizes thesize on the basis of the results.This paper designs a full drawing of the generator device and processing and assembly,besides, it determines the way of field experiment.Design the generator for a full set of drawings and make it processing and assembly,determine the field test method finally.This generator device has a relative simple structure and low cost. It has a broadapplication prospect in the mine hoist. |
