As the key machinery in mining system, multi-rope friction hoist is widely used inmining industries of coal, metal and so on. Multi-rope friction hoist which is called“throat equipment” bears the communication between Inoue and underground, transporting personnel, supplies. The performance of hoist direct impact to the normalproduction of the mines and the safety of workers, therefore, enhance the security andreliability of the machine is very important. The research object is Jkm4.5×6hoist produced by CITIC Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.Luoyang in this thesis. The static and dynamic analysis of its spindle device static isstudied. The main content of this paper includes the following aspects:1) Introduced the structural characteristics of multi-rope friction hoist, themechanical characteristics and the structure of the friction wheel, analyzed thedistribution rule of outer load of friction wheel; and demonstrated several ways toenhance the machine spindle device friction wheel strength calculation.2) Established the continuous elastic body mathematical model of the improvesystem; to study the dynamics of hosting system especially the wire rope’s.3) According to the design theory of restrict impact, on the base of the appropriatecurve of acceleration control, deduced the formula of the wire rope tension for the curveof acceleration control of trapezoidal, which laid the foundation for the dynamic analysisof the spindle apparatus.4) The finite element model of the device of the elevator shaft was established, andanalyzed the transient dynamic of spindle device of multi-rope friction hoist, on the basisof the front calculations, the fatigue life of the friction wheel has been estimated.
