In deep mining engineering, heat disaster and it’s governance were regarded as one ofthe two major difficult problems both in domestic and abroad in mining industry. Coal miningin China has been developing to the deeper mining depth, many mine has reached onekilometer, with the increase of mining depth, high temperature mine injury problems havebecome increasingly prominent, seriously affected health and reduced productivity of theworkers, leading to unsafe human behavior.The production capacity of Jiangxi Fenglong mine was designed0.9million tons a year,determined the first level elevation was at900m, and the second level1100m. Due to the largemining depth, long main-crosscut driving distance, using Integrated digging machine forexcavating and supporting the installation of the purification and dust removal device etc.,leading to-900m main-crosscut tunneling working surface temperature exceeds the provisionsof "coal mine safety regulations", in the summer, the temperature of the working face wasmore than37℃. Therefore, it’s necessary to take cooling measures onheading face at-900mmain crosscut in Jiangxi Fenglong coal mine, for the sake of creating a favorable climateconditions and ensuring the normal production of working face.Through the analysis of mine cooling current situation and cooling measures indomestic and abroad, combining mining conditions, analyzed the main heat source thataffected air temperature of-900m main-crosscut tunneling working surface are: surface airtemperature, the wellbore compressed air heat, heat dissipation, rock mechanical andelectrical equipment. According to the geothermal, specific production and ventilationconditions in-900m main-crosscut, the design put forward three cooling schemes, based onthe comparison of schemes, preferably choose the third scheme, namely: changing the face ofventilation and the local refrigeration unit combined cooling schemes, to solve the hightemperature problems of-900m main-crosscut tunneling working surface in this mine,ensured the normal production of working face.According to the working surface conditions at-900m main crosscut, calculate d anddetermine the air cooler air-inlet parameters, working face of wind and cold airflow parameter export state parameters, the tunneling working surface cooling load, air cooler air handlingand loading mechanism of cold calculation, selected a refrigeration equipment manufacturersand models for surface cooling the main-crosscut polytechnic.
