Since the90s in20century, the age of large-scale coal exploration in the district ofGansu province has began. With most of high gas coal mines, frequently occurred theproblems of gas accumulation overrun during the process of comprehensive exploration andtunneling of Dashuitou coal mine under the command of JingMei Company. Therefore, it iscompletely necessary to predict the amount of gas emission and analyze productive factors ofaccumulation during the digging at return corner105(one) in Dashuitou coal mine.Firstly, based on reference to various relevant materials, the thesis has made detailedanalysis and discussion about the statistics through comprehensive application of randomsampling and by computer software in accordance with the principle of wholeness, system,scientific, particularity, universality and scientific treatment. Furthermore, compared with siteconstruction, the way of ventilators’ arrangement on the working face of more proper digginghas been achieved.Then, with the aim at the reality of tunneling at return corner105(one) in Dashuitou coalmine, referring to years’ gas reports about mining area and comparing with gas emissionduring the digging at return corner105(one), the concept of regular pattern of meters gasemission with greater engineering application, has been concluded by mathematic method andthrough analysis of the law of gas emission on tunneling walls.Finally, with analysis of many influential factors of gas emission on tunneling walls andby the means of Grey Relative Model and Matlab neural networks, the amount of gasemission in tunneling has been forecast. On its basis, the measures of prevention andtreatment of gas accumulation on tunneling working face have been listed to provide thetheoretical support and measure of prevention and treatment of gas overrun during thetunneling at return corner105(one) in Dashuitou coal mine.
