Screw pump technology has advantages such as less investment, low-energyconsumption, and also enhances abilities of both sand prevention and anti-gas. Withthe screw pump matching technology advanced, application scale was beingexpanded. At present, optimal scheme of screw pump lifting system is still deficient.First of all, high technical description cause manufacturing cost increased. Secondly,low system efficiency result in energy consumption and high operation cost. Neitherit can’t accommodate energy saving requirement, nor its technical advantageswasted in the latter period of oilfield development. While the oilfield developingmuch more difficult and severe, the screw pump well design optimization levelcause more and more effective for production efficiency as the application scale ofscrew pump technology expanding, wherefore screw pump technology should bepromoted urgently.In this paper, the main content contains the technology research of down holepump selecting, sucker-rod string selecting and drive device allocation. Firstly,according to related parameter which from reservoir engineering, we analyzedinflow performance of production well, and determined pumping displacement oflifting system. Then comparing outflow characteristic with other different screwpumps, we obtained pump series and spindle speed range, and screw pump could bematched reasonably. Secondly, based on mechanical model of sucker-rod string,flashing flow in production string and torsion strength checking, we have built asucker-rod string model, accomplished sucker-rod string matching reasonably.Thirdly,though technology research of screw pump well drive device, we canchoose reasonable motor power and driving device to reduce energy consumptionlosing in the premise of ensuring drive safety and supplying necessary torsion, thusthe ground transmission efficiency of screw pump well is increased.In conclusion, pump optimization, sucker-rod string analyzing and matchingdriving device of screw pump optimize the lifting system scheme.
