Ground-driven screw pump has been widely used in oil production in major oilfields.In view of the problems of complex structure and low transmission efficiency of conventional screw pump ground driving device,this paper proposes a wheel motor driven screw pump ground drive device for the first time.The main contents are as follows:First of all,the overall structure of the screw pump ground driving device driven by the hub motor is designed.The hub motor is used as the driving force to replace the conventional three-phase asynchronous motor,belt,reducer and other power transmission systems.A composite anti reverse device combining electromagnetic with mechanical friction is proposed.By directly connecting the hub motor with the light rod for driving,its transmission efficiency can be improved by 3% to 25% by comparing with conventional driving devices.Moreover,this device also has the characteristics of stepless speed regulation and fast response.Secondly,a detailed explanation of the design concept and working principle of the composite anti reverse device is provided,and the design parameters of the anti reverse device and the maximum braking force of the braking device are obtained through theoretical calculation.Using the statics analysis module of ANSYS Workbench analyzes the stress of the key components of the anti reverse device.Through finite element analysis,it can be concluded that the anti reverse device can meet the braking requirements when the pole is reversed.Thirdly,the rod string reversal is studied,and the Torsional vibration model of the rod string is established.The theoretical model is verified by the actual working condition parameters.The results indicate that the theoretical model is consistent with the actual situation as a whole,and the effects of pump speed,pump depth,and pump type on the reverse torque of the rod column are analyzed by using actual operating parameters.Finally,use Solid Works software to establish a three-dimensional model of the sucker rod and tubing,and use ADAMS software to conduct dynamic simulation analysis on the reversal of the rod string.The results show that the maximum radial displacement of the rod column during the reversal process is 18 mm.The reversal of the pole is carried out from bottom to top.During the reversal process,the rod column will have strong contact and collision with the inner wall of the oil pipe.According to the above analysis,the screw pump ground driving device driven by hub motor has the advantages of simple structure,high transmission efficiency,convenient speed regulation,and has a broad market application prospect.
