Sucker rod pumping unit driven pump oil production is currently the most widely used mechanical oil production technology at home and abroad,but the traditional plunger or piston pump efficiency is low,to adapt to the narrow scope,to some poor sucker don't adapt to the environment,especially with the continuous mining of underground oil field,the high water cut,high sand and heavy oil Wells,and even cause production system of scrap in advance.Screw pump can effectively overcome the above shortcomings,especially for high sand and heavy oil Wells.For this reason,this paper combines the traditional reciprocating up and down direct drive rod pumping unit with the new type rod and screw pump,and proposes and designs a kind of rod driven direct screw pump.Based on the sucker rod pumping unit,this paper puts forward the structure of the screw pump,analyzes and evaluates the performance and value of the screw pump through the principle of value analysis,so as to select the screw pump with the best performance and value for detailed design and dynamic performance simulation analysis.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In a beam pumping unit as an example of sucker rod pumping unit is introduced mainly,and the traditional piston type pump working principle,analyses the traditional piston pump or piston pump work in "empty" status and swabbing gas,oil sand and heavy oil,the lower the efficiency of pump,and may damage the pu1p parts or equipment.Based on the direct rotating power transmission mechanism,a single-screw pump with direct rotation and a reciprocating screw pump with direct rotation are designed.(2)Straight spiral screw pump is established on the basis of the principle of value engineering design scheme for the performance of the value index system,weight set,and the value of the performance evaluation model,and the unidirectional rotating straight spiral single screw pump,the one-way rotary straight screw twin-screw pump,reciprocating rotation straight screw straight reciprocating single screw pump and rotary screw structure scheme of double screw pump performance value evaluation.Based on the evaluation results,the screw pump with the highest performance and value is selected as the concrete structure scheme for calculation and analysis.(3)The structure and characteristics of main parts and components of screw pump selected based on performance value evaluation are introduced;The performance characteristic curve of the reciprocating rotary twin screw pump is established,and the main parts of the screw pump,such as the direct rotating power transmission mechanism,the screw pump body and the synchronous gear transmission device,are analyzed theoretically and calculated in detail.(4)The dynamic mathematical model of the reciprocating rotary twin-screw pump system based on sucker rod direct drive is established;The mathematical model of the system was converted into the simulation model described by the state space method,and the dynamic characteristics of the sucker rod and the screw pump,such as the motion speed,acceleration and the driving torque of the screw pump rotor,were analyzed.
