In this article, based on analysis of the development trend of domestic andforeign carburizing furnace industry structure, summarizes the characteristics ofcurrent equipment and the insufficiency, proposed non tank carburizing furnacestructure in order to promote equipment carburizing technology improved andupdated, thus saving heat resistant steel resources, save energy, improve productionefficiency.In this article, RQ9-126type carburizing furnace as the research object, theloading capacity of1tons, the size of the effective heating area (mm). In this paper,for a variety of lining structure selection and calculation analysis, determine thelining material selection and installation method for composite fiber structure, thisstructure can save energy by more than40%compared to the traditional structure.Compared the calculation method of the heating power of electric heatingelement, electric power equipment using numerical method according to the actualsituation shows that the calculating heating power and heat balance is most close tothe actual equipment. Calculation of tank free carburizing furnace research objectdetermine the heating power is126kW. According to the calculation of the power ofnumerical design electric heating element, the electric heating element surface loadcalculation, design of electric heating element is arranged.This paper analyzes the structure of carburizing furnace shortcomings, toimprove the corresponding non tank carburizing furnace structure, design way ofdemonstration and description in this turn on the furnace cover, furnace body, hearthlining guiding device, etc.. The furnace cover and a furnace body improved sealingmode, guiding device relative to the traditional structure in the central draft tubeincreased corrugated expansion joint, hearth lining by the composite structure ofmasonry, the upper layer adopts anti carburizing refractory brick construction.These improvements greatly increase the sealing effect and the service life of theequipment.Finally, using a RQ9-126type carburizing furnace to study the transformationof traditional object to optimize the design of its transformation, the operation ofprocess equipment carburizing1months, through comparative analysis before andafter modification device usage, energy consumption, production efficiency, thetank free carburizing furnace structure, obvious energy saving effect. Savesheat-resisting steel resources of about200kg, and the maintenance of equipment,power consumption, the annual360calendar days annual operation cost calculationof single equipment to reduce about140000yuan. Equipment in operation6months working properly, can meet the requirements of the use of the service life of theequipment, achieved the effect of the expected.
