In recent years, the electromagnetic processing technology with its unique advantages inthe site of paraffin removal and viscosity made more and more applications and results. Theelectromagnetic processing equipment is simple and easy to use, small cost, long life cycle, aswell as the biggest advantage of non-polluting, The oil fields data showing that usingelectromagnetic paraffin oil Wells, the dosing cycle and thermal washing cycle has greatlyextended and paraffin effect significantly. Greatly reduces the labor and chemical inputs andthe production costs are greatly reduced.Variable frequency electromagnetic paraffin control technology is a new physical method,which has the advantage over other methods of paraffin control in low cost, pollution-free,long period of validity, and convenient management. As a new technology, the study ofelectromagnetic technology also is insufficient, especially in the mechanism. In order to beable to use the application of the oil-well variable frequency electromagnetic paraffin controlbetter, and better service in oil field. In this paper, a new high-power frequencyelectromagnetic paraffin instrument is used to do some indoor experiments. Trying to be ableto find an optimal combination of operating parameters.And did a large number of literatureinvestigation and in-depth discussion of the mechanism,The mechanism of paraffin deposit of oil Wells has carried on the thorough analysis andsome influence factors of oil well paraffin deposit are summarized and the some existingtechnology of paraffin control. By drawing on some of the previous experimental methodsand experimental experiences,optimum working parameters are obtained by means of waxdissolving experiment, micro-observation technology, and methods of cooling curve,evaluation index,viscosity-temperature curve and dynamic test method. Combined with theresults of the laboratory experiment, and accurate measurement of paraffin base parameters the dominant electromagnetic paraffin control mechanism is revealed and get the optimalparameter combination.
