The quick-contact cyclone reactor is a new type of downer reactor, the internal flowfield is mainly the gas-solid structure which has the same direction with the gravitationalfield, and the high turbulence of rotation flow field was applied to the new cyclone reactorinnovatively,it could not only improve the effect of heat and mass transfer, enhance thecontact efficiency, but also could realize the synchronization of reaction and separation, suppress the secondary reaction, especially suitable for the process of RFCC. Because of therelatively simple design of mixing cavity, there is a series of problems in this new type ofcyclone reactor, such as the uneven radial distribution of two-phase,axial back-mixingphenomenon. In order to resolve these problems, the technology of guide vane was used tochange the entry mode of oil gas and catalytic. The flow field and concentration field weresurveyed to ensure the effectiveness of the optimized structure.Flow field results showed that the optimal one intake could enhance the downstreamstrength of the side wall in the mixing cavity and suppress the axial back-mixingphenomenon. The guide vane technology was introduced in the second intake increase thestrength of rotating flow field, contribute to the countercurrent contact of the two-phase.Concentration field results showed that the radial distribution of catalytic both in mixingcavity and reaction zone are uniform, the relatively higher content of catalytic in reactionzone could create a better environment for the process of RFCC. Affected by the centrifugalforce field, the axial center area in the separation become the columnar vacuum area of thecatalytic,it’s beneficial for formed oil gas to discharge quickly to avoid overcrackingproblems.
