| This paper related to a kind of short contract time cyclone reactor, which is designed to resolve problems existed in the FCC process. The experimental model was got by similar conversion. During the research process, the cyclone reactor was divided to three parts to survey the flow field and FCC catalyst concentration field:mixing chamber, annular space, and separating space. 1~2 sections was set in every part, and several Measuring points was set in every section.Eight-channel pressure measuring instrument was used to measure the flour field of the cyclone reactor. The research involves two structural parameters and two structural parameters.PV6-A particle velocity measuring instrument was used to measure the catalyst concentration field. The research involves two structural parameters and three operating parameters. In addition, the separation efficiency of the catalyst particles is also a part of the research.The research to the short contract time cyclone reactor helps to know the flour field and the catalyst concentration field, and the infection of different structural parameters and structural parameters.
