Aiming at the lack of the oretical basis for choosing viscosity reduction lifting method ofthe field wellbore, in this paper, starting from single well economic benefits, directing atdifferent viscosity reduction method in wellbore, we establish the calculation model of dayrunning costs and evaluation model of daily economic benefits to carry out the study ofselecting different viscosity reduction lifting method in wellbore.Based on the reduction mechanism of viscosity reduction, we consider the initialone-time investment of each method, the daily operation cost and loss of equipment, pumpinspection together, establish calculation model of day running costs and evaluation model ofdaily economic benefits for viscosity reduction lifting technique and form a selection methodof wellbore viscosity reduction based on technical and economic evaluation Throughprogramming the software of “optimization design for wellbore viscosity reduction lifting andeconomic evaluation”, we analyze and evaluate on the different wellbore viscosity reductionmethod. The system efficiency is treated as a technical indicator to evaluate the viscosityreducing effect, at the same time through the calculation of the single well economic benefits,we optimize the corresponding parameters, and conduct economic indicators evaluation of10wells in heavy oil block with different viscosity reduction method. The results show that: eachwellbore viscosity reduction technique has achieved the purpose of viscosity reduction. Thehighest initial one-time investment is electric heating, mixed hot water follows by, mixed withchemicals and mixed with light oil are the least. Considering the diffierense between light oiland heavy oil,the day running costs in descending order is mixed with chemicals, mixed withlight oil, electric heating, mixed with hot water, unconsidering that, the descending order ismixed with chemicals, electric heating, mixed with hot water, mixed with light oil. so indifferent production duration, overall investment of different viscosity reduction method willchange.
