Recent years, along with the vigorous development of oil transportation industry,batching interface detection technology also has been improved continuously. Additionally,NIR analysis technique relied on its advantages such as quick analysis speed, wide applicationrange, low cost, good stability and non-destructive samples gradually cut a striking figure inanalysis of oil field. Based on the spectral analysis technology, this paper discusses detectiontechnology of mixed interface, which is of great importance to the accurate detection ofrefined oil conveying mixed interface..With the refined oil conveying mixed interface detector as the background,32-bitsmicro-controller STM32is adopted to conduct the research on the monitoring technology ofoil mixture. This thesis is based on the high performance STM32chip as the core ofdevelopment platform, with Keil μVision4.0software development system and LabVIEWintegrated development environment of virtual instrument, to achieve the following severalparts of function:1.Development of the man-machine interface software module based on LabVIEW. Thisincludes: real-time monitoring operating state, oil mixture of interface analyzer,man-machine interface used to operate and control the equipment timely and effectively.2.Development of AD software module. This includes: periodic selection of AD sampling,design of the control of logic signal, design of the transmission and storage system ofconverted signal,.3. Development of the data communication software module. This includes: based on theonline measurement requirements of refined oil mixture monitor, this paper compares andanalyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different data communication methods, then uses the RS485serial communication, which has the characteristics of fast transmission speed,long distance, and strong anti-interference ability.4. The development of data processing and the application software module. Thisincludes: data preprocessing module, physical quantity conversion module, multipleregression of mixedness module, display module of mixedness and so on.5. In the end, test the function of software module which is designed and developed inthis paper.
