Mold is the mother of industry, in the modern manufacturing industry, no high levelsof mold, and no high quality products. To improve the design of the mold on enterprises toimprove efficiency and reduce costs has a very important role, it enables companies in afavorable position in the competition.Tools in the process of mass production will appear some problems, at present, in FCompany, the problems of dies are as follows:1.the upper die seat threaded hole wearied,guide bush wear off and needing a long time to put the die in the punch;2. Cut the tongueposition design, small punch rupture and remove the pins;3. Metal wire in V-CUT, coin, Zshaped bend does not match product drawing and complex bending type terminal skew andstrip warpage.Firstly, aiming at the existing problems in die seat, changing material to improveupper die seat thread slipping problem; change of fixed mode set to solve the bush wear off;by increasing the fast positioning pin on the upper die seat to improve productionefficiency.Next step for punching Problems, according to the blanking principle, by changingthe part structure, control the quality of lubricating oil, to solve the lancing station unstablequality and fine blanking station plugging and punch fracture problems, through the use ofstamping with automation to solve the problems of removing pin in the die, save the costeffect of stamping.Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the forming process, according to metalplastic deformation theory combined with the actual testing experience, by changing thestructure of die forming parts, auxiliary guide mechanism, to solve the problems informing process, to improve the terminal quality and stamping production efficiency.The improved dies improve stamping quality and efficiency, prolong the service lifeof the mold, effectively reduce the cost, and bring good economic benefits for thecompany.
