With the mining depth increasing, factors affecting roadway damage also increases, inorder to ensure the safety and stability of roadway,it cannot do without the research on minepressure, therefore, there is important the engineering significance to study the relationshipbetween the pressure and the stability of the surrounding rock of the mine.Papers to5-1coal seam of Cuncaota1mine as the research background, according to thecoal mine geological report、condition of coal seam、borehole histogram and other geologicaldata, The use of roof separation apparatus、roof bolt dynamometer、dynamic observationinstrument field measurement instrument, through the numerical simulation, comprehensiveanalysis of the pressure behavior law of5-1coal seam of Cuncaota1mine, provides the bestreasonable support scheme of roadway,the main research content are:(1) Through the analysis of borehole data based5-1coal seam of Cuncaota1mine roof stratastructure on, and use of laboratory equipment to determine the5-1coal seam of Cuncaota1minephysical and mechanical parameters of coal seam and roof and floor rocks, to determine the5-1coal seam of Cuncaota1mine mechanical properties of roof and floor rocks, mechanical parametersfor the numerical simulation to provide reliable basis.(2) On the basis of summarizing the previous research results, according to the7factorsselected,using the fuzzy classification of mathematical theory of multi-factor comprehensiveevaluation method and prediction of roadway surrounding rock stability categories, the5-1coal seam of Cuncaota1mine roadway surrounding rock stability as a class III, Types ofroadway surrounding rock types are moderately stable,Combined with the national industrystandard gives rational support form.(3) through the monitoring to the original roadway supporting scheme of5-1coal seam ofCuncaota1mine, it is concluded that single bolt support is no guarantee the roadway stabilityand security of5-1coal seam of Cuncaota1mine, must increase the cable as reinforcingsupporting; To improve the original supporting scheme and optimization, by using FLAC3Dnumerical simulation, to determine the optimal supporting scheme. (4) Field measurement on the optimal supporting scheme through the anchor dynamometerand roof dynamic instrument, analysis the characteristics of mine pressure to5-1coal seam ofCuncaota1mine, grasp the basic features of roadway surrounding rock deformation;Theapplication of optimal solution has achieved the satisfactory supporting effect.This paper aiming at the5-1coal seam of Cuncaota1mine, has carried on the beneficialexploration to the5-1coal seam roadway mine pressure regularity and roadway surroundingrock control technology, solves the practical problems of5-1coal seam of Cuncaota1mineroadway, accumulated valuable experience, in the safety in production, has the vitalsignificance;This paper also for the future design of similar coal mine, mining, productionsafety, management and decision-making to provide a reference.
