Due to the continuous development and utilization of coal resources and the near exhaustion of shallow resources,human beings began to develop the deep coal resources.With the increase of development depth,the creep problem of surrounding rock caused by high stress becomes more and more prominent.The original control theory and support technology of shallow surrounding rock can not effectively solve the deformation problem of surrounding rock caused by high stress in deep roadway,while the deep roadway The creep effect and engineering disturbance of the surrounding rock are the main factors that aggravate the failure of the surrounding rock of the roadway.It is the key of the surrounding rock control technology to master the failure mechanism of the surrounding rock of this kind of roadway and to formulate the effective support method.Based on the engineering background of Yangdong mine-850 horizontal roadway,this paper studies the rock creep under the environment of deep high stress field and the failure law of surrounding rock deformation under the unloading of roadway excavation,and reveals the mechanism of the creep of surrounding rock induced by the interaction of high stress field and repeated engineering disturbance.Based on the theory of double shell support,the technology of double shell reinforcement and support for deep tunnel shell structure is developed.Through the technology of double shell reinforcement,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel is effectively controlled.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of repeated maintenance and failure of the-850 horizontal roadway in Yangdong mine,the disturbed stress model of multi cycle loading and unloading of the surrounding rock of the deep roadway is established,the cooperative action law of stress redistribution and the failure of the surrounding rock is analyzed,and the mechanical mechanism of the repeated engineering disturbance failure of the surrounding rock of the roadway is revealed.(2)Based on the characteristics of rock creep,repeated loading and unloading and hydraulic disintegration,a double shell reinforcement model of deep roadway is established,the deformation law of surrounding rock controlled by shell is studied,and the mechanism of active control of surrounding rock deformation by double shell is revealed.(3)Based on the theory of double shell reinforcement,a continuous double shell reinforcement scheme is proposed to construct the shell structure in different periods in the deep roadway,and the time-sharing double shell reinforcement technology of primary roof anchor beam mesh cable support,secondary full section shallow grouting,tertiary bottom plate anchor cable bundle reinforcement and full section Deep Grouting is developed for the new roadway,and the primary roof anchor beam mesh cable support + full section shallow grouting reinforcement for the repaired roadway The deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway has been effectively controlled by the time-sharing double shell reinforcement technology of the secondary floor anchor cable bundle reinforcement and the full section deep grouting.
