Coal is China’s major industrial raw materials, and is dominated by low degree ofcoalification of coal, the main component of China’s low rank coal inertinite content isrelatively high. For example, Shenfu fill even coal tower in inert matter group, the contentof30%~70%, and high content of inert components, for the use of deep processing ofcoal such as coking, liquefaction will produce coal is China’s major industrial rawmaterials, and is dominated by low degree of coalification of coal, the main component ofChina’s low rank coal inertinite content is relatively high. For example Shenfu fill evencoal tower in inert matter group, the content of30%~70%, and high content of inertcomponents, for the use of deep processing of coal such as coking, liquefaction willadversely affect, in order to improve the efficiency of coal use should be the maceralsfrom coal, and studies the composition and structure of coal. The low rank coal microcomponent can not only explain the problems in coal processing and utilization, but alsopromote the development of coal technology.. The important direction of coal chemistryand coal chemistry is to separate the micro components from the low rank coal coal mass..The separation and enrichment of the micro components can solve the key and thefoundation of the above problems.This paper through the hands of experiments to obtain relatively pure vitrinite andinertinite group two coal maceral, isolated from coal in various coal rock singlecomponent, on maceral composition, structure and properties were studied. The maceralsof the industrial analysis and elemental analysis, and of the two components of the contactangle to research and analysis of coal and rock two micro group the difference by Ramanspectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, and other means.Two kinds of macerals on the difference through the above experimental research,after finally doing single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the study foundthat the best flotation separation process conditions of macerals for flotation single factorintake volume, the amount of foaming agent, collector dosage, speed, amount of surfactant,respectively,120l/h0.12g/l,0.6g/l,1800r/min,0.12g/l, content is the largest float density less than1.35g/cm3, the flotation effect is better and floats in the vitrinite content is higher;analysis by orthogonal test table shows that the test results of flotation combined optimalfactors into eleventh groups test the air intake, foaming agent, flotation collectors,flotation machine, flotation speed and dosage of surfactants are120l/h,0.12g/l,0.12g/l,1800r/min,0.16g/l.To improve coal utilization efficiency, the micro components should be divided intocoal, and the structure of coal is studied.. The low rank coal micro component can not onlyexplain the problems in coal processing and utilization, but also promote the developmentof coal technology..
