Coal in Yong Cheng mining area has the characteristics of low ash, low sulfur and high calorific value, chunks of coal can be used as materials of direct gasification; the other part is used for blast furnace injection. Cleaned coal was mixed with a kind of coal,it will cause the clean coal quality decline, its components are between clean coal and gangue,density is close to the clean coal,the secondary minerals and coal mixed uniformly,and close to texture, not easily broken,easily to cause the ash melting point decreased, accompanied by the slagging phenomenon,but the heat is relatively high, having the very high use value. So we need reasonable methods to sort.Coal is a mixture composed of various macerals,through the comparation of coal and clean coal, we can draw a conclusion:the vitrinite content of coal is 76.95%, the vitrinite content of clean coal is 95.35%,it has a big difference.This paper focuses on the properties of coal,by means of crushing making the coal broke into different size limit,to study the crushing performance of coal and coal macerals. It shows that: the coal is mainly distributed in the 1.5-1.6 g/cm3 density, with the particle size becomes smaller,the dissociation granularity gradually deepened.The vitrinite content rised from 76.95% to 86.29%,the inertinite content decreased from 17.70% to 9.42%.The decreased significantly indicating that the crushing makes the coal and the maceral dissociation, various macerals gradually dissociated into monomers dispersed,then enriched in heavy liquid.The coal size below 0.5mm need to be carried out flotation test、regressive release flotation test,to explore the best reagent system and conditons, compared the flotation machine and flotation column,Through the flotation can achieve the relative enrichment of vitrinite,it shows that:the maceral can be enriched in flotation test,but the clean coal yield is not high and the vitrinite cnrichment degree is low.Through crushing, heavy liquid separation, and flotation method can realize the enrichment,it will separate the coal from the clean coal and put to use,improve the efficiency of resource use, It has very important significance to improve the economic benefit of coal mine.
