The Design And Implement Of Large Character Inkjet Printer

With high speed development of China’s economy, in order to improve the productionefficiency and product quality, to meet the requirements of mass production, manufacturingenterprises gradually replace artificial spray printing with ink-jet printer. The demand forink-jet printer grows gradually. However, compared with the growing demand for ink-jetprinters, the development of ink-jet printers lagged behind. Domestic market rely mainly onimports to meet the demand for ink-jet printers. Developing more ink-jet printers for ourproduction needs and with independent intellectual property rights, have very importantsignificance for the development of the jet printing technology in China.This paper first introduces the development situation at home and abroad to ink-jetprinter, and sums up the research purpose and significance of this thesis, thus establishingmainly research work. On the basis, combining with the technical requirement of the largecharacter ink-jet printer project, this paper expounds the overall design scheme of the largecharacter ink-jet printer control system. According to the function, the system is dividedinto five modules, such as power supply, human-computer interaction, printing control,cleaning control and pressure control, Summarizing the role and function of each module.After fulfilling the system’s overall design, the paper introduces the selection of controller,touch screen, encoder, photoelectric sensor and pressure sensor, and fulfills the circuitdesign of minimum system, power supply module, ink-cleaning fluid switch module, pumpcontrol module, pressure sensor input module, nozzle driver module, key connection RS232interface, SD card interface, touch screen interface, JTAG interface, encoder input interface,optoelectronic switch input interface, then introduces the software design process ofhuman-computer interaction module, printing control module, key operating processing andindicating bulb control module, pressure control module, and standby tine cleaning module.Finally, the paper gives the result of debugging the software and hardware of system.The large character ink-jet printer designed has human nature and conforming toChinese habit of operation interface. Operation is simple and easy to master. It has richfunctionality and fast jet printing speed, meeting the need of user.
